Maintenance Mechanics
Glastonbury Company seeks full-time maintenance mechanics for 1st and 2nd shift at our fast-paced steel processing plant. Duties include maintenance of forklifts, cranes, chemical tanks, and electrical equipment. Must be available for 24-hour on-call periods. Strong electrical background and diesel engine experience a plus. The ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly during an 8-hour shift is required.
Maintenance mechanics will receive a competitive hourly rate and are eligible for an attractive benefit package including medical, dental, vacation, and holiday pay.

Duties include the physical racking and un-racking of steel p[arts of various sizes and weights by hand or with cranes. Forklift experience is a plus. The ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly during an 8-hour shift is required.

Glastonbury Company seeks full-time 1st and 2nd shift kettle operators to process steel parts both outdoors and under roof at our fast-paced steel processing plant. Duties include the coating of steel parts of various sizes and weights. Knowledge of crane operation and the ability to safely and efficiently handle multiple priorities at once is required. The ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly during an 8-hour shift is required.
Kettle operators will receive a competitive hourly rate and are eligible for an attractive benefit package including medical, dental, vacation, and holiday pay.

Glastonbury Company seeks a full-time 1st shift welder/plasma operator to help in our fast-paced steel processing plant. Duties include welding steel using the correct materials to join the metals together, as well as measuring and cutting materials to specifications using a plasma cutter. The ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly during an 8-hour shift is required.
Welders will receive a competitive hourly rate and are eligible for an attractive benefit package including medical, dental, PTO, and holiday pay.
